heytappr.

heytappr for

inbox zero, one voice command at a time

two thousand unread emails didn't happen overnight, and they won't clear themselves. heytappr reads what's in view, tells you what's worth keeping, and does the archiving while you supervise.

“hey heytappr agent, archive all the promotional emails visible on this screen”

triage before touching anything

ask what in the visible inbox actually needs a reply. heytappr scrolls through the list, sorts the real mail from the noise out loud, and waits for your instructions before moving a single message.

batch actions with you watching

select and archive the newsletters, delete the expired offers, star the one from your landlord, agent mode taps through your mail app's own interface, visibly, and you can stop it mid-sweep anytime.

it can't see beyond your screen, on purpose

heytappr has no mailbox access and no email api connection. it works on what your mail app shows, which means big cleanups happen screen by screen, and nothing about your account is shared with anyone.

try it on your phone

drop your email, watch the 30-second demo, and grab the app.

questions people ask

Can it clean my whole inbox in one go?
Not in one command. Since it operates the visible UI rather than your account, it works through the list as your app displays it, scrolling as it goes. A focused session makes a real dent, then it's maintenance.
What if it archives something important?
It acts only on what you approve, everything happens visibly, and mail apps keep archived messages recoverable. Deleting is treated more carefully than archiving, and you can interrupt at any moment.
