- No. It only speaks and displays the approved copy attached to each step of a published guide. If no guide covers a question, it does not answer — the question goes to your needs-attention list.
- How do we change what a guide says?
- Edit the guide in the console — copy, selectors, intents, or URL patterns — and publish the update. Guides can also be paused or deleted if you need something out of circulation immediately.
