HeyTappr for

Privacy and data governance controls

HeyTappr treats governance as a feature, not a settings page afterthought. You get a data map, retention controls, a toggle for storing question text, export, an access log, and verified erasure — with allowlisted origins and rotatable keys underneath.

“How do I delete my account data?”

Know and control what is stored

The data map shows what HeyTappr holds, and retention settings govern how long it stays. A dedicated toggle decides whether the text of user questions is stored at all.

Export, access log, verified erasure

Data can be exported when you need it, and an access log records who touched what. Erasure is verified, so deletion requests end with confirmation rather than assumption.

Locked-down surface area

Web origins are allowlisted per workspace, so the embed only runs where you approved it. Admin actions require a workspace key that can be rotated whenever your security policy calls for it.

Questions teams ask

Can we avoid storing what users type into the assistant?
Yes. A workspace toggle controls whether question text is stored. Turning it off means user questions are not retained as text, while the rest of your analytics keep working.
How is admin access to the workspace secured?
Admin actions use a workspace key that can be rotated at any time, and web origins are allowlisted per workspace so the embed script only runs on domains you approved. An access log records access for review.
