One step at a time, in the real UI
Each guide step points at a real control via a CSS selector. HeyTappr scrolls to it, spotlights it, and speaks the instruction, then advances automatically when the user completes the step. Nobody gets lost between a doc in one tab and settings in another.
Setup done your way
You author the sequence, the copy, and the URL patterns each guide applies to. If your recommended setup order changes, edit the guide and republish — every account from then on is walked through the new flow.
Know where setup breaks
The outcome funnel shows where users start a setup guide and where they stop. If a settings page changes and a selector breaks, it appears in the needs-attention list so you can fix the guide before it fails more users.

Questions teams ask
- Does HeyTappr change any settings for the user?
- No. The user performs every action themselves in the live interface. HeyTappr points at the right control, explains the step in your approved words, and detects when the user has used that control so it can move to the next step.
- Can different guides apply to different parts of setup?
- Yes. Guides carry URL patterns and intents, so a billing question on the billing page can match a different guide than a permissions question elsewhere. Server-side matching also uses live page context to pick the right one.
