- What happens if we redesign the form?
- Each step's target is a CSS selector your team set in the console. If a redesign breaks a selector, it shows up in the needs-attention list in analytics, and you can edit the guide and republish. Guides can also be paused while you update them.
- Can one flow span several pages?
- Guides are authored with URL patterns, so you can cover the flows your settings and forms actually follow. The matching uses live page context, which means a user asking mid-flow gets the guide relevant to where they are.
