Find where users get stuck, in their own words

Most analytics show what users clicked, not what they were trying to do. Because HeyTappr users ask for help in their own words, you get a direct record of intent: what they asked, which guides ran, where the funnel dropped, and which questions nothing covers yet.

“I can't figure out how to share this with someone outside my team”

Unanswered demand is your roadmap

The needs-attention list collects questions users asked that no guide covers, alongside broken selectors that need fixing. It tells you exactly which guide to write next and which one to repair, ranked by real users asking real questions.

A funnel from question to outcome

You can see assisted sessions, started and completed workflows, and an outcome funnel showing where users drop out of a guide mid-way. A guide that starts often but rarely completes is pointing at a confusing spot in your product.

Sliced the way you investigate

Everything filters by date range and platform, with a daily trend and a web-versus-android split. You can check whether a release changed what users ask about, or whether a struggle is specific to one platform.

Questions teams ask

Do we have to store what users type?
Storing question text is a toggle you control. HeyTappr also provides a data map, retention settings, export, an access log, and verified erasure, so you can run this within your privacy requirements.
How do we know when a guide is broken?
Broken selectors surface in the needs-attention list, so you find out from your dashboard rather than from a user whose walkthrough pointed at nothing. From there you edit the guide's selector in the console and republish.
