HeyTappr for
Self-serve support that lives inside the product
Help centers make users leave the product, search, read, and come back to translate an article into clicks. HeyTappr keeps support inside the app: the user asks in their own words, and an approved guide walks them through the answer on the live interface.
From question to done, no article in between
Server-side AI matches the question against your published guides using live page context and starts the right one automatically. The answer isn't a page to read — it's the interface itself, spotlighted and narrated step by step.
Controlled like documentation, delivered like a person
Guides go through an approve and publish flow, and every word is copy your team wrote. HeyTappr speaks it aloud while pointing at the exact control, which reads like a colleague helping — without a chatbot's freedom to be wrong.
Privacy your compliance team can inspect
HeyTappr ships a data map, retention controls, a toggle for storing question text, export, an access log, and verified erasure. Web origins are allowlisted per workspace, and admin actions use a rotatable workspace key.

Questions teams ask
- Is HeyTappr a chatbot?
- No. A chatbot generates answers and can get them wrong. HeyTappr only matches a user's question to a guide your team approved, then delivers that guide's exact copy while walking the user through the live interface. If no guide matches, it records the question as unanswered demand instead of improvising.
- Does it work on mobile too?
- HeyTappr runs on web apps via a single script tag and on Android via a Gradle dependency with a small Kotlin API. Analytics include a platform split, so you can see web and Android activity separately.
