HeyTappr for
Ship the new UI without shipping a wave of confusion
Every redesign, migration, and new-hire cohort produces the same question: where did that thing go? HeyTappr answers it inside the product, walking people through the changed interface with copy your team wrote for exactly this transition.
Guides ready before the change lands
Author guides for the new flows in the console, run them through approve and publish, and they're live the moment the rollout is. When the old-layout questions start, the answers are already matched and waiting.
Everyone learns in the interface, not a slide deck
Whether it's customers meeting a redesign or employees meeting new internal software, HeyTappr spotlights the real controls in the new UI and speaks each step. People learn the new location by using it once, guided.
Watch the transition settle
The daily trend shows whether rollout-related guides spike and then taper as people adjust. Unanswered demand shows which parts of the change you didn't anticipate, so you can add guides while the transition is still live.

Questions teams ask
- Can we use HeyTappr for internal tools, not just customer-facing apps?
- Yes. If it's a web application, install is one script tag; for Android apps it's a Gradle dependency. Web origins are allowlisted per workspace, which fits internal tools well, and guides work the same way for employees as for customers.
- What happens to old guides after a migration?
- Guides can be edited, paused, or deleted in the console. You can pause guides written for the old interface, publish the new ones, and use the needs-attention list to catch any selectors the migration broke. Email shrit@HeyTappr.com to book a demo.
