HeyTappr speaks each instruction out loud, scrolls to the exact live control, and spotlights the real DOM element. When the user clicks it, the guide advances on its own. They finish the task, not a slideshow about the task.
Your team writes every word
Guides are authored in a console: customer intents, URL patterns, approved copy for every step, and a CSS selector for every target. Everything goes through approve then publish, and HeyTappr never improvises answers like a chatbot.

- Can the assistant say something we did not approve?
- No. Every word HeyTappr says is approved copy your team wrote in the console. Guides go through an approve-then-publish flow and can be paused, edited, or deleted at any time.
