HeyTappr for

Voice-guided walkthroughs

HeyTappr reads each step of a guide out loud while the user works in your live interface. No video to pause, no article in another tab — the instruction arrives spoken, in the moment, on the exact screen where it applies.

“How do I add a new team member?”

Spoken instructions, not a wall of text

Each active step is spoken aloud so users can keep their eyes and hands on your interface instead of reading a help doc. The instruction plays as the step becomes active, matched to what is on screen right now.

Every word is written by your team

HeyTappr only speaks the approved copy your team authored for that step in the console. Nothing is paraphrased or generated on the fly, so what users hear is always what you signed off on.

Works with the rest of the guidance

Voice runs alongside the visual spotlight and auto-advance, so the spoken instruction, the highlighted control, and the step progression stay in sync. Users hear what to do, see where to do it, and move on the moment they act.

Questions teams ask

Does the voice improvise answers like a chatbot?
No. HeyTappr only speaks the approved copy your team wrote for each step. If no published guide covers a question, it does not make an answer up — the question appears in your needs-attention list instead.
What do we need to install to get voice guidance?
On the web it is one script tag pointing at https://cdn.tappr.app/embed.js with your data-tapprid attribute. Android apps use a Gradle dependency with a small Kotlin API. Email shrit@HeyTappr.com to book a demo.
